Parasite Cleanse

Hi. I started with the Liver cleanse due to severe pain in my gall bladder area. I have completed 8 cleanses now and still have discomfort but not near as bad. Now I want to stop the Liver cleanse and start a parasite cleanse. I understand I should have probably started with the parasite cleanse. I have read a bit about the different parasite cleanses and some seen to be more complicated than others. Can anyone suggest a less complex parasite cleanse that works well. I have read on the Humaworn site and that parasite cleanse seems pretty simplistic. Does anyone want to share there experience and technique with me?
