do you think liver flushing will help my condition..plz help

i picked my lips and they will not heal. iv tried everything, creams etc. i get thick hard skin covering the wound only to peel off without healing it. its been like this for a year. :(...do u think Liver Flushing will make it heal? plz help me with any advice... plz tell me of the skin benefits uve had after doing the flushes, it will give me hope that i will smile again one day.
