Re: Liver/Gall/Kidney Flush Variations

Thanks, Plz.

These are all part of the JC@SH (JuliaChang@sensiblehealth.com) protocol that I am following, but the doses and timing are different. (Also, JC@SH suggests Epsom Salts are optional -- preceding an optional second oo/lj dose on the third evening followed by a fourth day of saltwater in AM and light veggies/broth. I intend to take the Epsom Salts before both the first and second oo/lj dose, but I'm not sure about taking them again in the mornign instead of saltwater. See below.)

I suspect part of my problem is liver congestion, as I am fairly stuffed and fairly new to this.

I am also obese (not morbidly so, but getting there) and have eaten a lot of red meat in the past year, though not so much recently. How would that affect my probably flush/cleanse results, and required doses?

I have been wondering if it helps or hurts to increase dosages, or if they should vary according to body weight, type, etc.

I also think it would be interesting for experienced/educated users to catalog several specific protocols for different cleanses/flushes side by side and discuss specific differences.

Differences between Hulda and JC@SH that looked important to me:
1) Hulda says eat the first morning of the flush to build up bile pressure in liver, while JC@SH's 3-day version is just an AJ fast, with nothing but apple juice. Is that OK, or do I really need to eat in the morning to make this work?
2) Hulda adds Black-Walnut tincture to the oo/lj dose and has Epsom Salts twice before the oo/lj and twice again in the morning (1tbs each time is 4tbs) with an additional, intervening oo/lj dose; JC@SH just has one Epsom dose (1tbs) and one oo/lj does at night and just saltwater in the AM. I'm not sure about the reason for the saltwater. This looked like the most interesting difference and is mostly about how many doses and when.

There are bigger differences in the preps for this flush and in the kidney cleanse protocols.

Hulda doesn't say how much BW tinc; both local quality-food markets (Whole Foods and HEB/Central Market) sell it in 1oz bottles at close to a 1:1 concentration for $7 to $10. Not sure what the concentration means, but one brand lables that as the same concentration as the natural herb.

Kind regards.
