Also interesting advice from the doc on diet choices. I agree with the choices reletivly speaking.

Many might find the milk peculiar, I prefer not to use it while doing UT, but one thing I considered was that in asia unpasturized would be readily available and also as refered in D's shared article, since fat is so elemental in body pollution the cattle milk fat wouild possible be more readily displacing said polluted end products of fat engestion as opposed to a vegatable/ fruit diet's lack of replacing fat products/cells/cellular activities ect.

The interesting fact that I learned years ago when for a number of years my chosen fast was with unpasturized milk. The fact that milk is ash producing causeing the cellular elimination to be slowed/suppressed and thus the fasting experiences are more pain free, tho because of that the milk is lessining the cleansing action of the fasting. Detracting from the major activation of cellular and organ elimination. But perhaps in a way that long term it would only delay healthy regeneration not alter or stop it and actually be assisting in its own nutritive way.
