You are jumping into an arena you know nothing about.  The kidneys filter nothing from our digestive system.  Not one single thing!  They filter the blood.  Urine is what has been flowing through your veins just minutes before you void it.

All fetus' swim in their own urine.  Every child before birth is excreting urine, and they are not only floating in it, they are inhaling. it into their lungs.  Even you did it before you were born.

Ingesting urine is perfectly normal.  We all did it before birth.
