I thought if stool floated that was a Good thing! I thought I heard before that it meant you are getting clean? The main reason I ask is today is day 3 of HW and maybe like yesterday, more today definitely, my stool has been a lighter color and has floated. I have not seen any "guest" as of yet but just thought that maybe I am cleaner than I anticipated. Which truly was hard for me to believe seeing as I have had a craving for sugar, since I quit drinking 15 1/2 months ago! Which, consequently, has added 25 pounds to my body!

Also, when I used zapper and had it on my liver, LOTS of bile (green stuff) came out with stool but as of recent, not much, if any. I have given up sugar, since I began HW on Tuesday and due to eating garlic (working as an appetite suppresant...LOL kinda cool!) have not been eating AS much as normal. Although, I need to add to that, today I could not get full. I ate pretty good but still was hungry! Had a salad, popcorn and several pieces of fruit (so I did not eat junk from machine at work)! Tonight I had KFC, cause Son said he would buy...LOL. Now, I feel full...not extremely but feel 'satisfied'.

Can you tell me what's up? Or what it sounds like to you, please? Also, I am not having skin issues or constipation, as in my liver out of whack. So, how do I assist in creating bile? I see you added in post that HW has herbs for the liver, so maybe just keep on keeping on and not be concerned?
