Something in the small intestines

If I have some of the "classic" parasites (besides the "non-classic" ;-))))) ) they must be in the small intestines. The small intestines somehow feel bloated since I started Humaworm.
I was told that tapeworms don't like pinaple. So I bought one. As I don't support pine-apple (my skin-symptoms get much worse with pineapple; why?) I take only small doses, one small slice three times per day. Now the small intestines are even more bloated.
What else could I do against suspected lodgers of the small intestines? Besides taking Humaworm following the advice, of course!
Sometimes I feel cold from the inside. Yesterday night, when I went to bed, I was freezing and had to heat my room up to an abnormal temperature... Die-off I guess from I-don't-know-what!
And I needed some enemas to be able to work normally.
I drink a lot, no need remembering ;-)))))))
