Re: Herb chart and de-worming
Hello - Just a little advice here - I do not recommend giving
Wormwood to children under the age of 12. It is a very powerful narcotic anlgesic that can cause severe mental disturbances in children (and adults if too much is taken).
The cloves you need are the type of cloves that are used in cooking - the aromatic spikey ones - they can be used for
parasite removal when ground down into a powder. Cloves contain eugenol and that is what makes them effective for
parasite removal. Children only need a TINY PINCH of cloves for the desired cleansing effect.
I also do not recommend that children under the age of 2 years or under the weight of 30
pounds do
parasite cleanses. The 6 year old can take a very small amount of the
Black-Walnut and clove - but the 1 1/2 year old does not need to.
An alternate route for safer, more gentle parasite cleansing in the infant is to try and include a TINY amount of each of the following in his/her daily food: garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, ground thyme, ground sage, ground cinnamon and ground cloves. These can be purchased in the spice section of any grocery store. Just add in tiny pinches to food - for example: ginger, cloves and cinnamon in oatmeal or applesauce and garlic, onion, sage, and thyme in mashed potatoes or on baked chicken.
All 7 of those herbs and spices are anti-parasitic and are safe for little children to eat in small amounts. An adult only needs 1/4 TEASPOON of each of these, so you can see that a 20 pound child will need much, much less.
I don't know of any websites - maybe someone else can lead you inthe right direction on that request.
