Heat Method

I use a sota generator with excellent results. What we do is boil distilled water and then begin the process. We also make it in glass cookware. A freind of mine(BSc) who has researched CS has witnessed CS made by this method staying in colloidal suspension years later (stored samples) with the same concentration and effectiveness as when it was first made.

The heat method is by far the superior method that we have found thus far.
