I've had a couple of cs generators, what Ive found was make it without generators.
1 Gallon distilled water.
3 9 volt batteries snapped together. wire, alligator clips
positive to 999.99 silver, neg to a piece of stainless steel, spoon or fork ect.
use a air stone fish tank type air pump
this will make it ionic.
stick them all in the top make sure pos and neg arn't touching. Air stone should be by the handle so bubbles come through the hollow handle directly to the silver for 3 to 4 hrs depending on how strong you want to make it.
this should be 10 to 15 ppm, this is all you really need. Its the safe and effective zone.
