It seems like you have a lot of experience with ozone.
What are the first things that will tell me ozone starts working positively or negatively ?
I mean, if i start tomorrow with a couple of glasses of water per day and it's good for me what will i start feeling ? Conversely,if like you've said in a former post it starts oxidizing fat and being counterproductive,how will my body show me ?
I'm looking for the very first signs of deterioration so that i won't go on using it or the very first signs of improvement that will tell me i'm on the right track.
