Here is another idea that sometimes works:
If I fast, or juice fast, for just part of one day: from wakening in the morning until the afternoon is mostly over, then I do not get the moodiness and irritation from cloudy/rainy weather that day. I can then eat normally for dinner, and be fine.
As a matter of fact, I can eat light raw vegetables too during the day before the later afternoon, and not ruin this effect.
Perhaps the liver needs to be left alone from digesting anything all day when it is dealing with body stress, and it can do a better job of balancing your physiology during the stress of icky weather. fasting, juice fasting, and eating only raw veggies until the day is mostly over would certainly give the liver a break from digestion to work on body balancing.
