Re: Chart of Lymph Glands

I want to thank everyone that replied. I am new to this forum. posted a message, lost it, posted again, found both messages lol
My enema was actually a coffee enema which I forgot to add to my post earlier.
As I said the pain after 10 mins.of pulling was unbearable, so I quickly made a coffee enema, because previously I had so much success with the coffee enema.
I don't know if this helps anyone, but when I had done the coffee enema,(three in one sitting), as I can only hold them for 10 mins.
I felt tremendous relief... not my imagination...first the roots of my hair seemed to tighten, I felt as if my hair was being pulled out by the roots, but then that tight feeling became a feeling of relief...like when you are having a wonderful massage and the tension is being released, only it was on my scalp. I know from my hairdresser that I have a very tight scalp. The feeling was so good and so intense, I had goosebumps on my forearms for a short time. I then had a shower, washed my hair, laid on the couch to savour the wonderful feeling of relief on my scalp.
I was on my own so I could let go of the moans of relief.
I never experienced anything like that before. the closest I have come is the massages you get in the spas at Bangkok.
