Re: Tongue is sooooo much worse

I was in a minor car accident a few days ago and while being checked out in the ER the doctor said I had a viral ear infection in my left ear and to take some Robitusom (sp?) and benadryl to clear it. I tried that but still felt the pressure/congestion in my ear/head. So I did some research on curezone and read to mix a few drops of grapeseed extract with warm water and to lean to your side and let the mixture clear your sinuses. A few hours later now my left ear has INTENSE pain. The pain is now also on my left side of my adam's apple(feels like a lymph gland) Any suggestions on what to do????

...Also, I've always had a greenish/white tounge, but since I flushed my nasals with the water and grapefruit seed extract my tounge is sooooo much worse. The whole thing is absolutely coated.....does this point to anything?

Still pain in your left ear? How are the nasal passages? Open or clogged?
