Intense ear ache!

I was in a minor car accident a few days ago and while being checked out in the ER the doctor said I had a viral ear infection in my left ear and to take some Robitusom (sp?) and benadryl to clear it. I tried that but still felt the pressure/congestion in my ear/head. So I did some research on curezone and read to mix a few drops of grapeseed extract with warm water and to lean to your side and let the mixture clear your sinuses. A few hours later now my left ear has INTENSE pain. The pain is now also on my left side of my adam's apple(feels like a lymph gland) Any suggestions on what to do???? Tweet
