It's normal to go through emotional changes while fasting. The first three day are very difficult for me. I go through what might be considered slight Depression within the first few days of any fast. I'm normally someone who doesn't deal with Depression at all.
After the initial detox I'm great. Completely balanced and full of energy. There will be more days of detox to come. I typically have one day every now and then with some type of ache and just feel down. Then the next day everything is wonferful. hth :)
PS Listening to your body is something you have to learn to do. it's hard to distinguish between what your body is telling you or what your mind is telling you at first. Wants, desires, and misinformation can mislead you.
