its good, i wont have to fork out and my body wont have to have supplements floating around messing up with the detox.
did get the idea from The Master Cleanse but the more i read about raw food etc the less i am liking everything to do with the MC, so i will throw the supplement idea out the window with that too.
one other thing, i am worried about healing crisis - ive had a few this week doing only 24hour fasts, and they have affected me like feeling very depressed. i havent got out of bed today! so another question:
do i exercise every day or only when not in healing crisis?
