Yes...I agree with Twinny. I'm not normally the type to go the surgery route, but there REALLY is no other safe way to find out and treat the endometeriosis. They tried lupron on me as a way to put me in "chemical menopause" ...as the thought is after menopause the endometriosis goes away (I do not believe this either)...so if put into it falsly and the pain subsides (thus no more bleeding and no more biuld up) you must have it....pretty stupid now that I think back....and now I have osteopenia, and osteoperosis(in my hips) and I'm only 34...point being...you will recover from the laproscopy....you WILL heal....the other methods you may not....besides, they have to REMOVE the tissue to help you, and to do that is the same surgery. If they found any scar tissue they could remove it right then. (which BTW is only temporary most of the time....but you CAN go years after this pain free)
I'm still looking for suggestions on how to subside the pain I'm having (the endo seems to be back 4 years after my hysterectomy and the docs are telling me NO it isn't.....any thoughts?)
