i would post this here, but it has a chart that won't translate. the nutients level in calf liver is thru the roof! extraordinarily high levels of B12, vitamin A, and tryptophan. no wonder i only felt i needed a small amount of it. thats one of the most dense nutrient profiles i have ever seen.
