I had 11 removed in the hope of curing my panic. It didn't. It all comes down to your thinking. I read a book by Howard Liebgold (Freedom from fear) and claire Weekes books. They helped more than anything. I do avoid the obvious things like coffee, alcohol, additives etc. Coffee/caffiene is the worst. If you are drinking it you will need to stop.
I find being more alkaline helps too.
But.....no matter what you do it is how you deal with it in your mind.
I don't regret having almalgams out thought. Better out than in.
