I can imagine many health-conscious eaters can relate to this lament, especially out of season when the reality is - get as get can. However, another reality, the kinder gentler one this thread points to is the mounting evidence that suggests 'they' continue to redefine what "produce" really is anymore..... frankenfood.....that's organically grown? quite the oxymoron.
