Re: need information

Excess Sugar slows digestion and can cause gallstones, not to mention lead to insulin problems and potentially diabetes. My ex girlfriend used to suffer with really bad migraines and the doctors took a long time to figure it out until they discovered she had gallstones. Even though she was a vegan she ate loads of sugary treats. The best thing for the liver

1) Eat smaller meals. Chew thoroughly. DONT pay attention to anyone who thinks a big meal is better because its not, and thats especially true for people suffering from any liver problem. The more you put in your stomach in one go, the more your liver struggles. ITs the equivalent of stuffing your mouth full with food and trying to chew. Very difficult.

2) drink a lot more water 4 - 5 pints a day (filtered) - you can buy a gac filter cheap or preferably a zero waste reverse osmosis filter, realkalised with clay
3) Avoid oily or fatty or fried foods
4) avoid sweet foods
5) introduce flaxseed oil, ginger, cardomom, turmeric, apples, and a probiotic called sacromyces boulardi
6) stop drinking milk, cheese, and try to moderate processed foods or eliminate altogether if possible.
7) reduce or eliminate alcohol
8) reduce or eliminate anything with wheat in it.
9) reduce or eliminate anything with yeast or vinegar

good luck
