need information

Hello, I found out about gilbert by regular blood test last year,i was told that there are no symptoms, but these days i wake up with pain around the liver area and it goes when i have my breakfast , is that normal? i would like to mention that i eat lots of sweets and i pay no attention to my diet. thanks Tweet
