Re: HELP?! No Grains, Dairy, Citrus, Night Shade
You can eat papayas, bananas, avocados, coconuts, nuts/seeds/oils, most veggies and legumes, peaches, grapes, figs apricots, apples, pears, berries... and more! There's lots :)
Other than typical salads, you can make smoothies with homemade nut milks, cut up fruit, and even add hemp protein powder if you like. If you have a juicer, juicer everyday for breakfast. You can make raw soups with a juicer too - blending fresh carrot juice with 1/2 avocado is a staple - you can experiment and use beet juce, blend in some garlic, herbs.. whatever you'd like!). You can buy raw nut/seed butters (like raw tahini, raw almond butter and raw hempseed butter) and use them as veggie dips. You can make your own hummus from chickpeas. You can eat lentils too (yummy!) and season them with fresh herbs if you like... You can make cooked soups (I make a veggie broth just by throwing in some chopped carrots, celery, garlic, a potato, leeks, 1/2 onion, some beets, rosemary, basil, and whatever other herbs/veggies you like and then bringing the water to a boil, then let simmer for about 30 minutes. Then drain the now soft vegetables and keep the liquid - add freshly chopped veggies to the broth and some red lentils if you'd like, bring to a boil and then let simmer for 15 minutes, or until tender. Add a pinch of
Sea Salt if desired, and a teaspoon or two of olive oil when the soup is cooled and ready to serve).
Also - if you look up sites that sell raw foods (I'm not sure where you live to find you any in your country) and you'll see they sell flax crackers and whatnot. They're like crackers, but made only from flaxseeds. You can eat those.
Have fun experimenting :)
