Seeing a Kinesionics Health Practitioner. He's amazing and I trust him 100% HOWEVER
He says that I need to be grain, dairy, citrus, and night shade veggie; free diet.
No tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, eggplant.
Anyone know of a similar diet, anyone have any recipes for one?
Need help badly . . . every meal is a mental workout!
