Re: HERE IS MY SUPER DUPER CAULIFLOWER SOUP RECIPE!!! (as requested)

I have never heard of Miso cubes in all the years I have been using miso it has always been in paste form. I would be quite leary of the procees of making Miso into cubes where it destroys all the beneficial nutrtitional prperties and the taste.

Making a good nutrtitious soup using a miso base can be the simplest thing in the world Just simply saute some onions. I like using toasted seame oil for sauteing cause it just tastes great. You can add garlic to if you like. My pref is to also saute some of the veggies I'll be using like carrots and celery whatever I happen to have around the house. In the same pot you add water and heat till your veggies cook, Wakame seaweed is great with any miso soup and it a nutritional powerhouse in mineral content. My other fave to add to miso soup are sliced Shitake mushroom. Anyways you cook all the stuff till the vegies are done and then you add about 1 tsp of miso per cup of water then heat without boiling for a few mins and you have your basic Miso soup. There are more elaborate recipies like the one I mentioned with the B Squash and fresh corn but the above it the simplest way to make a great nutritious soup from whatever you happen to have around the house.
