greetings....I,m coming up on day 10 of my 1st MC. and everything has gone great,no pains or major cravings which is saying something for a guy over 300 lbs.guess it was my time to get with the program.I jumped into this soley on the info I'm getting on the forum here,didn't buy the book so I missed some important points such as drinking half your weight in ozs. of water and how to properly break the fast.As I'm coming up on day 10 and possibly going to break and wont have time to get the book could someone share the procedure for properly coming in for a landing from 10 days of fasting.Would really appreciate the cauliflower soup recipe,sounds good.thanks for any and all
