Do you all think it is more helpful to stick with one oil for a decent amount of time before switching...like until you stop noticing benefits from one particular kind? Or is it better to rotate them frequently so that you are consistently getting a variety of nutrients?

Some like switching oils every few days or weeks; some switch from one oil in the a.m. to another in the p.m. or however many times during the day they OP. Some blend oils. Some will stay with a particular oil for months. It really is a personal call; if you are seeing results with your choice, stay with it. If you are not seeing (or feeling) a progress, switch.
