how often do you rotate oils?

So I've been doing OP for about 9 weeks now, and enjoy experimenting. I have tried sesame (the classic), olive oil, coconut, sunflower, hemp, walnut and pumpkin seed. Out of those, I am very fond of sesame, hemp, walnut and pumpkin seed, hated pulling with EVOO, coconut and sunflower were just ok--but I may not have had the right kind for those, might try again later.

Do you all think it is more helpful to stick with one oil for a decent amount of time before switching...like until you stop noticing benefits from one particular kind? Or is it better to rotate them frequently so that you are consistently getting a variety of nutrients?
