Have one question: CYP2D6 in prescription meds...what is it???

Will check mask info. In past have not worked well for me. Collect molds and I am very sensitive to same. Also, do not have much problems with respiratory system. More systemic problems, and seem to absorb offeding substances through skin almost as much as through lungs, so benefit limited at best for me. Still, good to have the link posted.

Will do some research on the other chemicals you mention. May explain some of the things I hae learned by painful and time consuming trial and error to avoid without having any reason beyond it just doesn't work for me.

Sound like you have een much more severely affected than I have been, but for less time. Kudos to you for doing such a good job with your research and for your kindness in taking the time to share. Hopefully, will help many besides me.
