Re: very dry skin

I want to second the motion to use almond oil. Coconut made my skin seem dry and very thin after a couple of weeks, it really brought out wrinkles around my eyes. My routine is to cleanse with olive oil, especially if I wear make-up, then I use diluted raw apple cider vinegar to gently wipe away the olive oil. I let this get almost dry, then pat on almond oil. I also like to take a little swig of it, although I prefer sesame oil or rice bran oil for swishing and internal use. Keep the coconut oil to take internally and help regulate your metabolism, its a great oil, just not the best moisturizer for some of us. By the way, almond oil is a wonderful massage oil to soften the whole body.
