There is a sungazing support forum here on Curezone although it's not that active...People are very methodical about their sungazing, timing their exposure & whatnot. I'm not methodical at all. The best time to do it is when it's not that strong, when the sun is low in the sky. I just gaze into the sun for a few moments. It's a lovely feeling to feel the sun's warmth in your eyes. I also move my eyes a bit, so that the light can hit all around the back of my eyeballs. Sorry for the lack of technical terms, here:) Anyway, It feels really good and immediately afterwards colors brighten and everything gets sharper. I also feel a rush of energy. I'm lucky to live in sunny place because I do this a few times daily and really miss it on those cloudy days.
And, check out the Sungazing support forum, more info there... :)
