I just had my IUD removed yesterday (1-15-07) and today I feel soooo much better. I have been cleaning my house like crazy since it went straight downhill since the IUD. I have been on the Nuva Ring for almost 2 months now and so far it's been fine. I was using it when I had the IUD hoping it would help with anything. It did, just not with my energy. Now I will find out how it works without the IUD. So far the Nuva Ring is good, but for any reson I would just stick with the old fashion Birth Control.
