I have found everything you just stated to be true for me. Thank you for posting this!

I have a few questions..
are the fatty acids that are being released "toxic" fatty acids or just toxic because they are acidic in nature and too many acids are a bad for the pH/lymph system?

Also why/how does potassium cause the release of fatty acids is this a cleansing mechanism? Should those who are cleansing (in the summer months) strive for a high potassium to sodium ratio? I feel awful when my potassium is too high but I wonder if this is just a cleansing reaction?
