Yesterday was my first day not working out. I got on the scale this morning and for the first time since the last day that I didn't work out it appears that I have lost about 2 pounds. It is very strange. I am not sure what it is all about. day 14,,, i suppose i only have 6 more days till 20 days and i shouldn't have a problem achieving atleast that. i do wonder why each fast is so different.
