Hi, I've done P and B shakes for a little over a week now, up to 5 per day now (started w/ 1 per day). I generally do not get constipated and I have not had a problem so far. I would probably be a little concerned w/ no movement in the day as you are supposed to have a least 1 per day anyway. Maybe drink more water? Or eat more fruit and veg?

I know, I'm not exactly telling you anything new, but honestly I've not tried any of the things like the blessed herbs or Shultze so I can't help you there. Maybe someone else can weigh in.

I do eat meat and tons of egg whites, but not too much dairly. An occassional ice cream and maybe a splash of milk in an occassional coffee.

I have been eating at least 1 huge meslun salad per day with carrots and avocado and other veg tossed in, sometimes two. I eat oatmeal 1 or 2 x per week. Drinking tons of water, splash of apple juice or cider with the shake too, which can help people go.

So far so good for me. Good luck! If by this am you have not gone, maybe try some weak smooth move tea? I did a 10 day Master-Cleanse last Aug and found that definitely moves things along pretty gently.
