i am using oral Iodine solution bp you get it from the chemist they have to order it in. normally used for the thyriod, i am taking 8 drops four times a day. had candida for 4 years this has been the best yet at getting rid of it. but don't think i will take it for too long as it does effect thyriod function and kill good backeria as well. however it has changed me from very sick person backinto fairly normal person
