okay, just for you:

1. use organic virgin coconut oil. this is the best for your condition.

2. it remains solid at room temp, so use a spoon to scoop some out. it will melt in your mouth. you want just enough in your mouth that you can swish it around yet still be comfortable and not bulging out your cheeks or anything. 1/2 to a whole tablespoon should be enough. you will do it enough times to be expert on the amount each time.

3. hold it in your mouth and swish it around. feel the oiliness of it. that slickness is called viscosity. the oil will seem to thin and get thicker the more you swish it around and pull it through your teeth. be sure to get the oil everywhere, especially in the back of your mouth near your molars and under your tongue.

4. in about 20 minutes it will be done. this is when the oil suddenly feels watery. you try to feel that slick oil feeling and you cant. the oil is now full and you can spit it out.

afterwards, some people rinse with salt water and some people brush their teeth. i find it is helpful to brush your teeth BEFORE you pull. this prepares the gums and tongue for the toxin exchange and it also clears the surface gunk so your oil doesnt get used up absorbing that.

if i were you, i would pull more than one time in a row. the pull gets more effective with each consecutive one. always do it on an empty stomach. and with candida, you should be eating a tablespoon or so of it every day and you should put it on your skin. particularly, rub it on your belly and let it soak in. it is also very good on private parts.

good luck and be sure to let us know how you do. if you have mercury fillings in your mouth, you are fighting a losing battle with candida. sorry. this will certainly help until you can do something about it. oxygen therapy will help as well.
