I hate to butt in on your conversation, but you seem to know a lot about oil pulling...do you think you could just describe to me how YOU do this. I have read so many things, and my mind is still very candida clouded!! I'd really like to try this!!! Would you mind??? (either of you actually!!!) After my cloudy mind clears a bit with all the things I am instating (not just this)I can look into it and try new things.....
