I Am doing Kundalini Yoga- not a religion
but a practice to anchor oneself in body while exploring the Soul Matter
SRF- meditation days only

Archetypes- Jung, and others more current
Symbols- as they relate to our archetypal nature-that is universal nature
The Cosmos as it pertains to creation
Words as they pertain to creation
alignment as it pertians to all of the above
