Re: Stretch Marks

Baths, definitely!

Dry skin brushing, designed to tone skin and move lymph.
Ozonated oilve oil, applied 1 - 3 times a day on the offending areas.

Importantly, A VERY GOOD REBUILDING DIET!
Your return to solid food is vital to the health of your body.
Check the skin on the back of your upper arm, is it smooth or rough. If rough, the skin is compromised, performing a process called keritanization. If this is the case, you need plenty of GOOD oils (oilve, coconut, butter, cod liver) and no bad ones (soy, canola, margarine, hydrogenated).

Along with iodine, vit C, zinc (zinc deficiency is especially indicated in stretch marks). Vits A, D, E (natural sources like cod liver oil and wheat germ oil), B vits. The major 'skin food' nutrients. Along with a clean liver and fresh made juices.

Good luck!
