as i understand it, toxins are drawn to the oil from out of the blood sublingually. it is the reverse of taking something sublingually to get it into the bloodstream. it seems to me that there is an exchange going on as well. toxins are stored in the lipids in the blood and then eliminated or deposited in tissues as the case may be. the oil in the mouth attracts lipids in the blood and pulls them out. at the same time, the emusified oil in the mouth is able to enter the bloodstream as well, giving the blood and body fresh lipids to work with.

if i pull enough times in a row(i think 7 is the magic number), i can get a tremendous energy surge, lightness of being, a calm above calm, and almost a euphoria. i have even had the inside of my mouth and my teeth go numb.

this is a great healing modality with no drawbacks that i can see whatsoever. every pull is like a 20 minute vow of silence. that may be the most healing thing of all!!!
