even my kids are taught this in school

my son had a term for it but i forgot. he said he learned that politicians deliberately dumb themselves down, use common colloquialisms, get on camera doing ordinary things like mowing the yard and flipping burgers on a grill, all with the intent to have people identify with them. if the man spoke like a yale prof, people would know right away how evil he was!!!!!
