Bush has had so many language errors that I am thinking it is an act. His speaking errors are not just stammers or mis-speakings. Bush's statements seem staged to get a laugh response. Some of his speaking errors could not possibly have been mistakes because they are so clearly conveyed and joke/pun like and couldn't have been confused with something that was a legitimate statement.
Is this a staged distraction?
Why stage this? To make Bush look incompetent, to make him look incapable of orchestrating 911. To keep people talking about how badly he is responding to 911 and Terrorism instead of accusing him of actually planning 911.

The only reason he got elected was because the Republican Party establishment backed him in 2000 because they wanted to put up an electable candidate. 911 was the work of Bin Laden. It is safe to come out of your bunker. Big Brother isn't going to grab you.

This is a reply to # 803,365GW has always been a man of marginal intellect and he has no desire to learn. Top that off the the brain damage caused by the drinking binges and cocaine. It is safe to say he is not faking his stupidity. Its real.
Though it goes to show you that if you have enough money and influence, you can get your kid to a prestigious university no matter how stupid he is.

I agree with you 100%.
Bush is not clever enough to come up with the vast number of one-liner screw ups that he spews out nearly every day. Presidents have writers who provide them word for word content - how does he manage to so consistently twist those pre-planned words into a hilarious one-liner? He's not sharp enough to do it. It's as if those writers are writing his screw-ups into his speeches.
So people focus on the delivery of Bush's speech instead of the content of his speech, and focus on the messenger instead of the message. "Look at the silly puppet and ignore that guy behind the curtain!"

It was about 26 floors of that building that dropped down. Figure out the weight.

Not one but two buildings falling in the exact same manner... first time in world history, twice. Then the third building collapsing completely from two small fires? Come on now...
Explain building #7 White Tiger. Building #7 had 47 floors and was only 570 feet in height, with no jet fuel collecting in the manner you descibed. How did building #7 collapse?

I don't fear Osama...and I don't have a bunker mentality. But. I assure you (from first-hand experience) that those who cannot tolerate our present form of government will be harassed in very subtle ways. IRS, Social Security, and TSA have been the tools used against my resistance to the "neutering of the middle class." The keepers of the gate don't crash through my doors, but they do use every means available to shut me up in an untraceable manner. I'm not afraid of Osama or our government. But, I do hold them in "equal" contempt. Washington, D.C. is filled with pimps and whores -- And I'm not talking about the populace.

Why the inacuurate use of the English language?
So no one can determine what is really beings said
To have no accountability for explaining policy?
To remove the scruntiny of the public who is too busy
being outraged or amused by his lack of IQ
It is his natural way of communicating
certainly it was not made up for the presidency or public office
On another subject
His wife seems to be a lovely woman
I wonder if she should ask as an interpereter
The prevailing attitude of might is right
is the Republican motto and perhaps the prevailing
mott of the USA?
Concentrating on the past only distracts you from
being in the now

my son had a term for it but i forgot. he said he learned that politicians deliberately dumb themselves down, use common colloquialisms, get on camera doing ordinary things like mowing the yard and flipping burgers on a grill, all with the intent to have people identify with them. if the man spoke like a yale prof, people would know right away how evil he was!!!!!
