I'm trusting that the next vet visit will tell you what needs to be done for her health, but please do research also. Some times the vets don't know anything but to give meds, so it can be helpful to explore alternative methods, which I believe you are here for?

I truly hope you have success in bringing your friend to a health state. Even it if is just liquids right now, that is OK, dogs can fast, and liquids is OK.
