Why does she still vomit?

I need some help from anyone who had similar experience. My westi is on barf diet, very healthy and happy dog of 11, but one day something stoped ( while chewing the chicken claw)in her throat, began to vomit white foam, and vet had to push it forward in her stomach. Only then she was able to drink water-we gave her to drink only little amount at the time without vomiting. The vet gave us fluid nutrition to feed her through her vein, Antibiotics , drug Reglan, Ranital and Venter to protect her mocous membrane, becouse the vet saw bad necrosis in the throat.Ten days after this ordeal we began to feed her with grinded meat and oat musli, probiotic yogurt etc. again and for two days it seemed everything was OK and her stool is normal too. Then suddenly the situation changed and now after first atempt to swallow the food, she vomites it again with white foam. Despite it she wants to eat, of course poor dog is hungry, and I am scared to put any more drugs in her. Something must be wrong with her stomach. Any advice how to deal with the situation? Is it that I should try with food that is alkaline. Maybe she is too acidic now?

Thanks and god bless your pets.
Branko
