Your description of tuning in to Tai's free session had me rolling with laughter - that was just sooooooooo funny! I actually wrote her a rushed list of things I *wanted* .. then close to the hour of the session, realised that my list was spiritually shallow ... and then got frustrated becuase I didn't have the time to re-write ... and then I had to do some work .. so the session became lost to me. T'was meant to be!

Yes, lots of goodness in Dr Sha's book - it's a treasure. However, the writing style belongs to one of his trainees who edited/ghost wrote it for him.
Dr Sha spends a lot of his training time talking to others as if he's in a trance .. and unfortunately, he is as commercially orientated as his website. There's always a punch line of .. "Now, you need to buy this or that." Hmmmm. That's what puts me off.
