having a bad time... any advice?

hello all

i've been going through some tough stuff lately.

my grandmother who i live with treats me like a slave. i do her laundry, clean the house, do her dishes and much more.

she also verbally abuses me and slaps me. she has caused some deep emotional scars.

also, i had stopped cutting burning etc. for a few months but i'm back at it again.

any good advice?
