Although I have not had mine fall out (ot my knowledge) I can tell you that I have experienced some sever cramps that seem to come and go. Although the cramps are around all the time I have moments were it makes me bend over. You are not alone as well when if comes to the spotting / light period. I have been experiencing that for months and after reading others comments we are not alone. You may experience some major craps for a couple of days but should recover quickly (from what I have read)I hope this helps a little.
