Curious

I had posted a message earlier about my IUD falling out. Well I have been spotting since a couple of days before it fell out and it is really light but enough to have to wear something. I am also having really bad cramps that will come and go. Is this normal? I can't get in to see the doctor till the 20th and they cant seem to give me any kind of answer so I am just wondering what happens when it is removed or if any have every had theirs fall out before?
